At AlsoThus we value your privacy we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. Google Analytics

When someone visits www.product-max.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

Our site may give you the opportunity to sign up to our e-newsletter. When you do this we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. Contact and Customer Data

In order to give you good customer service, we will store customer, and potential customer information in our contact database, customer relationship management system and accounting systems. This covers name, contact details, business address, size of organisation, gender, social media links and photograph. This will be based on business cards or contact information you have provided to us, information freely available on google, or on your Linkedin profile.

Sharing data with third parties

Our service providers and suppliers

In order to make certain services available to you, we may need to share your personal data with some of our service partners.  These include IT, delivery and marketing service providers.

AlsoThus only allows its service providers to handle your personal data when we have confirmed that they apply appropriate data protection and security controls.  We also impose contractual obligations on service providers relating to data protection and security, which mean they can only use your data to provide services to M&S and to you, and for no other purposes.

Other third parties

Aside from our service providers, AlsoThus will not disclose your personal data to any third party, except as set out below.  We will never sell or rent our customer data to other organisations for marketing purposes.

We may share your data with:

  • credit reference agencies where necessary for card payments;
  • governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers where we are required to do so:

    • to exercise our legal rights (for example in court cases);

    • for the protection of our employees and customers.
